The correspondent of "Sputnik" in al-Hasakah reported earlier that the withdrawal of all elements of the "SDF" from the city of Ras al-Ain border with Turkey north of the province after the exit of a military convoy of the organization from the city towards the city of al-Hasakah.

The correspondent pointed out that all the neighborhoods of the city of "Ras al-Ain" has become under the control of Turkish forces and armed militias "Turkmen" loyal to him after being evacuated by the"Kurdish" militias .

The reporter added that "SDF" was able to remove all the wounded and the bodies of its members from the hospital in the city "Ras al-Ain" towards hospitals in Qamishli with the help of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country had decided to launch a military operation east of the Euphrates on October 9 to confront the PKK and the YPG.
