US, British and French soldiers are withdrawing from Syria to Iraq
According to the Syrian news agency, the plane with soldiers and officers who were fighting as part of the so-called Western Alliance took off from the air base "Rahiba" in the countryside of Malikiyah in the province of al-Hasakah.

Earlier, about 30 US and French soldiers withdrew from the vicinity of "Khirbet Adnan" on a helicopter to Iraq.

Dozens of US armored vehicle were withdrawn on Tuesday from the outskirts of the city of Qamishli (680 km from Damascus) and the convoy marched towards the border of Iraq.

US Defense Secretary Mark Esper announced on October 13 that the United States had begun withdrawing about 1,000 US troops from northern Syria.

The US-led coalition completely destroyed a military base in the town of Kobani (Ain al-Arab), 150 km from Aleppo, and had earlier left its camp in Manbij. Coalition forces also left the cities of Raqqa and Tabqa on the Euphrates, and Syrian forces entered there.
