A Car Bomb Explodes in Kabul, Killing and Wounding 14 People

The spokesman said: "A car bomb in Kabul killed seven people and wounded seven in an initial outcome is subject to change."

Local media also reported that the blast targeted a convoy of armored vehicles in the 15th district of Kabul.

Rahimi added that the explosion occurred at exactly "7:25 am local time" in the Kasbah area in the 15th district of Kabul city and the target area is cleared for now.

One witness said the blast damaged several cars in the area and the victims were transported by ambulance.

No organization claimed responsibility at this time.
