Syrian Forces Responded with Heavy Fire after Terrorists Target Civilian in Aleppo

Islam Times - Syrian army forces responded with heavy fire after terrorists launched attacks against civilian neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo.

A Syrian military source told SANA that terrorist groups positioned on the western outskirts of Aleppo province have intensified attacks against densely populated neighborhoods in Aleppo city, using shells and rocket fires that lead to death and injury of tens of civilians, mostly women and children.

The attack followed by a severe response by the army against the terrorists’ positions in the western outskirts of Aleppo province.

The source added that terrorist organizations have also attacked the humanitarian corridors which have been opened for the evacuation of civilians from the terrorists-held areas, in an attempt to prevent citizens from exiting the harmful areas and to continue to use them as human shields.

The Syrian army said it will exert all possible efforts to save the civilians and evacuate them from the areas where terrorists are positioned.
