Moscow Warns of New Provocations Using "Chemical Weapons" in Syria

During a meeting of the United Nations Security Council, on Wednesday, to discuss the situation in Syria, Nebenzia drew notes from the Syrian mission to the international organization, as well as media reports about "plans by terrorists to commit new provocations in Syria and showing plays that simulate the use of chemical weapons."

The Russian diplomat added: "We consider these indicators very worrying, because we know very well how to use such plays for military and political purposes."
