Islam Times - Syrian Gunmen on Board a Plane Bound for Libya

Islam Times - On Saturday, the Libyan newspaper, "Al-Shahid", published a video clip showing dozens of Syrian militants, in military uniform, on a plane, which they said was on their way to Libya.

The newspaper said, "The video shows a number of Syrian militants on board the Afriqiyah Airways plane, before they move to the Libyan capital, Tripoli, to join the ranks of the forces of the internationally recognized government of reconciliation."

The British newspaper "The Guardian" had indicated two days ago that two thousand armed men from Syria had arrived or would soon arrive in Libya from Turkey, to fight alongside the internationally recognized Al-Wefaq government.

According to the newspaper, they were airlifted to Tripoli, the stronghold of the Al-Wefaq government, where they were deployed on the frontlines east of the capital.
