Tripoli stands at the edge of a precipice

Sources have confirmed that Tripoli has been infiltrated by ISIL operatives over the past months, living many to fear that violence is bound to escalate in the coming days and weeks.

Security officials have stressed that they remain on high alert, their attention focused on Tripoli.

It is believed ISIL will attempt to use the city as a cornerstone for its advances in Lebanon.
