Islam Times: Ali Al-Saray said in a press statement, of which received " The Arabian Peninsula Journal”got a copy, that the international organization to fight terrorism and religious extremism has finished its preparations for filing the two lawsuits against the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa and his regime for direct responsibility for the crimes committed against the defenseless Bahraini people.

Ali Al-Saray clarified that this move happened with cooperation and coordination with the European Office of Human Rights, and that they have been able to collect sufficient special evidence to push for judicial proceedings to prosecute the accused in the killings that took place in Bahrain.

Al-Saray also clarified that he had hired a team of international lawyers specialized in international law and criminal courts to file the two lawsuits, one in Germany and the other in the International Criminal Court in The Hague, hoping to obtain conviction by the court's judges against the Bahraini regime after the submission of evidence incriminating them to prosecute those found guilty and responsible for those crimes.

Ali Al-Saray stressed that the evidence presented prove beyond doubt the involvement of the Bahraini regime in these crimes and its direct accountability, especially the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa as the supreme commander of the Bahrain Defense Forces and being the one who issues orders to army generals, those who abused the unarmed people of Bahrain who launched a peaceful revolution which is free of violence and use of arms.

Mr. Al-Saray pointed out that in cooperation with the European Office for the Defense of Human Rights, they have completed the preparation of special files for each of the regime’s men and those responsible for the shedding of innocent blood of the sons of the Bahraini people and all those who issued orders to kill them and violate their sanctities in order to prosecute them before the courts of the European Community.
