SCO Condemns Israeli Attack on Iran’s Damascus Mission

The final statement of the 19th meeting of the SCO National Security Council Secretaries, held in Kazakh capital of Astana, denounced the brutalities of the Zionist regime that led to the martyrdom of Iranian military advisers in Syria, condemning the attack as a violation of the international laws and conventions.

Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Akbar Ahmadian also took part in the conference and held meetings with his counterparts on the sidelines of the event.

In one of the meetings, the SCO secretary-general said the terrorist attacks launched by the Israeli regime indicate that the SCO member states should forge closer cooperation and collaboration.

The representatives of Russia, India, Pakistan and China also condemned the Israeli strike against Iranian advisers in Syria.
