U.S. intelligence and the Mossad are responsible for the bombings in Damascus and Aleppo

The sources pointed out that the bombings increased after multiple visits of senior U.S. officials to Turkey and especially the visit of U.S. intelligence, David Petraeus, and pointed out that "U.S. intelligence has developed its plan and put it into effect, and brought it to a higher level where it selected Damascus and Aleppo, important Syrian economic centers, because Washington believes that in the event of a security break down in both Damascus and Aleppo, that will facilitate things for them then raise the incitement of sectarian and ethnic groups in both cities.”
The newspaper sources confirmed that "in the coming period, U.S. is planning to use spying aircrafts," noting that "the American movement started after the Assad administration was able to stop the armed opposition in Homs and Idlib," pointing out that "Washington had made a request to the Turkish government to use the air base "Incirlik" to allow the departure of spy planes."
