The fund was presented on behalf of Hariri so that fingers wouldn’t be pointed at the Gulf countries, but rather it will appear as an individual move, the daily indicated.
 
“Money transfers weren’t signed by Saad al-Hariri, but by individuals of Itani and Baba families," Addiyar further elaborated.

The Syrian army foiled several attempts by Lebanese gangs trying to infiltrate into the Syrian territories to help al-Nusra Front fighting against the national army in the border city of al-Qusayr.
 
Al-Qusayr city lies on the northern Syrian border with Lebanon, and was occupied by terrorists and armed opposition gunmen since more than two years.
 
The Syrian Army launched on May 19 a large-scale operation to clear the area of terrorist gangs and liberate the citizens trapped there.
