Syrian President says Arab identity has returned

He noted that since the people had realized the way the Muslim Brotherhood had been manipulating religion to score political gain, things would change for the better in the region and see a return to a real Arab identity.
 
Denouncing political-religious party in the broader Middle East the Syrian President warned that the presence of such parties was dangerous and in opposition with the Arab nationalist ideals.
