In his speech to the UN General Assembly, Al-Sarraj said: "We regret that other countries continue to interfere directly in our affairs and support aggression."

He added: "The United Arab Emirates has allowed its territory to be a media platform for the aggressor and his leaders to launch a hate speech and incitement to shed the blood of Libyans."

Al-Sarraj continued: "We found the Gavlin missiles belonging to France after the liberation of the city of Gharyan, the command center of the aggressor's operations."

Al-Sarraj was surprised that some countries, especially the neighboring country Egypt, intervened in Libyan affairs and gave Libyans lessons in the foundations of democracy, civil state, economy and how to distribute wealth.

Al-Sarraj described his opponent Khalifa Hifter as a bloodthirsty criminal.

He called on the International Criminal Court to investigate what is happening in Libya.
