US is The Losing Electronic Warfare with Russia
The Pentagon finds that the United States is losing an important war with Russia, cyberwarfare, because Russia has the means to disrupt US fighter communications, block missiles at specific targets and make artillery strike friendly forces.

Russia has reportedly already been launching electronic attacks on U.S. systems with some success over Syria. In 2018 an American general noted they were “knocking our communications down, disabling our EC-130s” — planes equipped with jamming pods. Other reports indicated they were blocking drones from using the GPS signals they rely upon.

The Pentagon plans to spend an imaginary amount of $ 10 billion on "electronic warfare," a Russian electronic newspaper said, citing a recent report by the Pentagon's Center for Strategic and Financial Estimates.
