Islam Times - According to the Islam Times, informed Yemeni sources contacted this news agency and announced: "Hassan Irloo", the new Iranian ambassador to Sanaa, submited on Wednesday his credentials to "Mahdi Al-Mashat", the chairman of the Yemeni Supreme Political Council.

Last week, the envoy had already submitted a copy of his credentials to "Hisham Sharaf" the foreign minister of Yemen’s National Salvation Government.

About three weeks ago, the Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced the arrival of a new Iranian ambassador to Sanaa, given that Yemen has been invaded and besieged by the aggressor coalition under the command of Saudi Arabia since 2015, and by this gesture from Tehran it has shown that this is an important event and in fact a defeat for the siege of Yemen.

About a year ago, the Yemeni National Salvation Government appointed Ibrahim Mohammed al-Dailami as its Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Iran.

Hassan Irloo is a veteran diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He was in charge of the Yemeni desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran after the start of the war in Yemen in 2015.

Coordinator of Iran's humanitarian aid to Yemen after the start of the war (sending aid planes and rescue ships and then providing assistance in coordination with the United Nations) and Deputy Special Assistant to the Foreign Minister for Yemen during the years (2015-2016) and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the other activities and records of "Irloo".
