Pompeo Must Testify about the Assassination of Soleimani

Elliot Engel, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, threatened to take harsh measures against Minister Pompeo if he did not attend, stressing that he was ready to do what was necessary to submit the foreign minister to the House’s request.

Engel set a date for the 29th of this month, a new date for Pompeo, stressing that the purpose of the testimony is to allow the Congress and the American people to understand the justifications of the Trump administration in committing that operation.
