NY town wants Local Muslims to dig up their Cemetery

Islam Times reports that town supervisor, Bob McCarthy and his town board are accusing this local mosque of just coming in and burying the bodies, with no standard kind of deal, but records from the town of Sydney say otherwise –Sydney approved the cemetery in 2005, and when State Troopers and Captain James Barnes of the New York State Police Troop looked into the cemetery, they found nothing illegal about it.
Town officers are indicating that in the absence of specific laws forbidding the 650-square ft. cemetery, the town may try for a court order to force the Muslims to dig up the graves.
The board took action against the mosques cemetery in July just as the ‘ground zero mosque’ controversy was making headlines. The New York Division of Human Rights, who is looking into the case, says that Islamophobia is something they’re definitely aware of, and is most likely the case.
Emails between McCarthy and a third part are showing affiliation with Tea Party.
